Brendan established Mellett in 2010, and since that the company has gone from strength the strength.

Brendan overseas the day to day running of the operations of the business and has a hands-on approach. He relies on his key people to whom he has hired and positioned in their areas of expertise to report back to him and deliver in their roles.
