There is director-level engagement in ensuring everyone’s safety because it is on the agenda for our monthly board meeting, our weekly planning and operations meeting, and our local management meetings.

Mellett has a dedicated Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager who possesses the necessary qualifications. This manager is in charge of overseeing our safety performance on a daily basis and keeping the company up to date with new advancements in best practises, as you would expect from any business that claims to be committed to your safety
